The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles may enter into a driver license agreement with any other state legally joining in such agreement. The commissioner may exercise the powers and duties conferred by the provisions of sections 14-111h to 14-111q, inclusive, and may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, as necessary to meet the obligations of membership and to fully participate with other member states in the driver license agreement.(P.A. 02-70, S. 35.)History: P.A. 02-70 effective January 1, 2003.
