Any notification, report or record received from any state that is a member of the Driver License Compact may be used by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles for any purpose authorized by sections 14-111h to 14-111o, inclusive, in the same manner and to the same extent as any such notification, report or record received from any jurisdiction that is a member of the driver license agreement.(P.A. 02-70, S. 42.)History: P.A. 02-70 effective January 1, 2003.
