Any license issued by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles under the provisions of this subpart (H) shall be suspended by, and surrendered to, said commissioner, when, after notice and hearing, it is determined that the licensee has violated any provision of this subpart (H), or of any other statute pertaining to his business as a licensee.(1957, P.A. 341.)History: Sec. 21-21 transferred to Sec. 14-67p in 1981; (Revisor's note: In 2003 the references to 'subdivision (H)' were changed editorially by the Revisors to 'subpart (H)' for clarity of reference).
