§ 14.169

Connecticut Title 14 — Connecticut law

(a) Except as provided in section 14-166, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all motor vehicles at the time of initial registration or when a change of registration is required under the provisions of section 14-16 by reason of a sale for consideration.(b) The commissioner shall not require an application for a certificate of title upon the renewal of the registration of a vehicle.(c) The commissioner shall note on the face of the registration of each vehicle for which a certificate of title has been issued a statement to that effect.(1957, P.A. 607, S. 5; P.A. 99-268, S. 11; P.A. 00-169, S. 22.)History: P.A. 99-268 amended Subsec.
