A person aggrieved by an act or omission to act of the commissioner under this chapter is entitled, upon request, to a hearing in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54.(1957, P.A. 607, S. 30; P.A. 02-70, S. 16.)History: P.A. 02-70 provided that hearings be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 in lieu of 'subsection (e) of section 14-111', effective July 1, 2002.
