Any person who, in consequence of the negligent operation of a motor vehicle, causes the death of another person shall be fined not more than three thousand five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.(P.A. 81-26, S. 1; P.A. 07-167, S. 34; P.A. 19-53, S. 2.)History: P.A. 07-167 designated existing provisions as Subsec.
