Any person who violates any provision of sections 14-275 to 14-280, inclusive, for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars or more than one hundred dollars for the first offense, and not less than one hundred dollars or more than five hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.(1955, S. 1325d; P.A. 07-217, S. 54.)History: P.A. 07-217 made technical changes, effective July 12, 2007.
