(a) The traffic authority shall have power to determine the location of loading and unloading zones and shall erect and maintain signs designating the same.(b) No operator of any vehicle shall park for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading or unloading of materials or merchandise in any place marked as a loading or unloading zone.(1949 Rev., S. 2526.)
