No person shall sell, offer for sale, deliver or have in possession for the purpose of sale, any article or product represented as gasoline for use in internal combustion engines used in aircraft that is not equal to or better in quality and specifications than that known as 'United States Aviation Gasoline, Domestic Grade', or for use in such engines other than those used in aircraft that is not equal to or better in quality and specifications than that known as 'United States Government Motor Gasoline'.(1949 Rev., S. 2543.)
