(a) Pilotage on Long Island Sound shall be concurrent with the state of New York.(b) The Connecticut Port Authority may execute an agreement with the pilot commission of any other state for the establishment of a rotation system for the assignment of pilots for the conduct of vessels in the ports and waters of the state, including the waters of Long Island Sound.(P.A. 90-274, S. 6; P.A. 97-304, S. 20, 31; June Sp.
