On or before October 1, 2021, and quarterly thereafter, the executive director of the Connecticut Port Authority shall submit a report regarding the status of pending and current contracts, small harbor projects and the construction project at the State Pier in the town of New London to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a.(P.A. 21-179, S. 1; P.A. 24-81, S. 89.)History: P.A. 21-179 effective July 12, 2021; P.A. 24-81 deleted provision re Commissioner of Administrative Services and Secretary of Office of Policy and Management to jointly review and comment on each report before submission, effective May 30, 2024.
