On or before January 1, 2013, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, in coordination and consultation with each public service company, as defined in section 16-1, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection and an association of municipalities, shall develop procedures to expedite the process of road clearing for public safety personnel after an emergency, as defined in section 16-32e.(P.A. 12-148, S. 11.)History: P.A. 12-148 effective June 15, 2012.
