§ 16-50a

Any public service company which acquires land or any easement or right-of-way therein for any of its purposes shall, if it has prepared a map or maps in connection with such acquisition, file, in the clerk's office in each town in which such land is located, a copy of such map or maps and said clerk shall accept such copy or copies for filing.
