The trustee, upon taking possession of such property, shall make, under oath, an inventory of all property which comes into his possession and lodge it for record in the office of the Secretary of the State; and, if any other property afterward is discovered by him, he shall make and lodge a like inventory.(1949 Rev., S. 5632.)
