§ 16-243c

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority may issue orders requiring electric distribution companies to provide, within their service areas, electricity transmission and distribution services between a generating facility operated by an electric cooperative under subsection (b) of section 33-219 and those members of the cooperative operating the facility to whom the cooperative is authorized to furnish electricity under subsection (d) of section 33-221 and governing the rates for the service.
