Each telephone company, as defined in section 16-1, shall, upon request of any business customer, provide the customer with an itemization of tariffed equipment and associated charges, indicating the number of telephones and lines and the types of service the customer is being billed for and the charge for each such telephone, line and service. Each such company shall, on a quarterly basis, notify its business customers of the availability of such itemizations.(P.A. 83-172.)
