§ 16-262p

Any recipient of an order pursuant to section 16-262o shall make improvements it determines are necessary within a reasonable time after transfer of the company to the acquiring entity to assure the availability and potability of water and the provision of water at adequate volume and pressure to the persons served by the water company.
