Notwithstanding any other provision of the general statutes to the contrary, whenever the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection finds that conditions in the petroleum products market require additional sales, inventory or price information for a complete analysis of such market the commissioner may require any person, firm or corporation engaged in the sale or storage of petroleum products in the state to provide such information concerning the petroleum products market as he directs.(P.A. 90-304, S. 2; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: Pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management' and 'secretary' were changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection' and 'commissioner', respectively, effective July 1, 2011.
