On and after the approval of the General Assembly of the boundaries of priority funding areas pursuant to section 16a-35c, each state agency, department or institution shall cooperate with municipalities to ensure that programs and activities in rural areas sustain village character.(P.A. 05-205, S. 7.)History: P.A. 05-205 effective July 1, 2005.
