The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall, in consultation with the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, establish a pilot program to identify and evaluate brownfield sites in priority funding areas designated pursuant to section 16a-35c.
