The Department of Aging and Disability Services may provide necessary services to persons who are deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing, including, but not limited to, nonreimbursable interpreter services and message relay services for persons using telecommunication devices for persons who are deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing.(P.A. 11-44, S. 33; June 12 Sp.
