The Commissioner of Children and Families may accept and receive on behalf of the department or any institution or facility thereof, subject to section 4b-22, any bequest, devise or grant made to the department or to any institution or facility thereof and may hold and use such property for the purpose specified in such bequest, devise or gift.(1969, P.A. 664, S. 16; June Sp.
