Any moneys received by the state from the sale, lease or transfer of all or any part of Fairfield Hills Hospital shall be allocated to the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and shall be divided equally between the General Fund accounts for the Community Mental Health Strategy Board and grants for mental health services.(P.A. 04-216, S. 70.)History: P.A. 04-216 effective May 6, 2004.
