The Superior Court, on application of the Psychiatric Security Review Board or the Attorney General, may enforce by appropriate decree or process any provision of sections 17a-580 to 17a-602, inclusive, or any order of the board rendered in pursuance of any statutory provision.(P.A. 90-10.)
