To the extent permitted by federal law, any person for whom there is an outstanding arrest warrant for any offense that is classified as a felony under state or federal law may be determined ineligible for benefits under any program administered by the Department of Social Services, after due notice and hearing in accordance with hearing procedures adopted by the Commissioner of Social Services.(P.A. 98-239, S. 13, 35.)History: P.A. 98-239 effective June 8, 1998.
