For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002, and each fiscal year thereafter, with the approval of the Office of Policy and Management, the Department of Social Services may credit to a nonlapsing account in the General Fund, and expend from such nonlapsing account, the amounts necessary for payment of the federal share of recoveries or overpayments established under the aid to families with dependent children program.(June Sp.
