The cost of aid furnished under the state supplement program, medical assistance program, temporary family assistance program, state-administered general assistance program and supplemental nutrition assistance program as well as the cost of its administration, shall be borne entirely by the state of Connecticut, except to such extent as such cost to the state may be reduced by grants from the federal government.(1969, P.A. 730, S. 17; June 18 Sp.
