The Commissioner of Social Services may seek a waiver, if required, under Title XXI of the Social Security Act to authorize the use of funds received under said title to promote the enrollment of children in HUSKY B who are eligible for benefits under other income-based assistance programs including, but not limited to, free or reduced school lunch programs.(P.A. 01-137, S. 6, 9; P.A. 15-69, S. 28.)History: P.A. 01-137 effective July 1, 2001; P.A. 15-69 changed 'the HUSKY Plan' to 'HUSKY B', effective June 19, 2015.
