The Community Correctional Center Administrator may authorize the sale to the public, but not for resale, of articles made by inmates of the community correctional centers. The proceeds of such sales shall be deposited in the inmate activity funds of the respective community correctional centers and such funds may be used for the purchase of raw materials for use by the inmates in making such articles.(1963, P.A. 239, S. 1; 1969, P.A. 297.)History: 1969 act replaced jails with community correctional centers.
