Any contract entered into between the Commissioner of Correction and a provider operating a halfway house, group home, mental health facility or other community residence to which the commissioner may release inmates, shall specify whether such provider refuses to accept certain inmates and, if so, shall specify the types of inmates such provider refuses to accept.(June Sp.
