No person shall perform an obstetrical ultrasound procedure unless such procedure is (1) ordered by a licensed health care provider, acting within the scope of such provider's authority, and (2) for a medical or diagnostic purpose.(P.A. 09-125, S. 1.)History: P.A. 09-125 effective July 1, 2009.
