Not later than January 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Public Health shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies on the state's pandemic preparedness.(P.A. 23-204, S. 62.)History: P.A. 23-204 effective July 1, 2023.
