It is hereby declared that racism constitutes a public health crisis in this state and will continue to constitute a public health crisis until the goal set forth in subsection (c) of section 19a-133b is attained.(P.A. 21-35, S. 1.)History: P.A. 21-35 effective June 14, 2021.
