If a managed residential community, as defined in section 19a-693, has filed a petition for relief under the United States Bankruptcy Code, the managed residential community shall notify each person seeking residency in the managed residential community and each resident of the managed residential community that the managed residential community has filed such petition.(P.A. 12-6, S. 2.)
