Any officer, manager or agent of any corporation or association, or any other person, who violates any provision of section 19a-296, 19a-307, 19a-310, 19a-311 or 19a-312 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both; but no provision of said sections shall prohibit or apply to the construction of temporary receiving vaults.(1949 Rev., S. 4709.)History: Sec. 19-164 transferred to Sec. 19a-314 in 1983.
