Each health care institution, as defined in section 19a-490, required to obtain potable water as a temporary measure to alleviate a water supply shortage shall obtain such potable water from (1) a bulk water hauler, licensed pursuant to section 20-278h, or (2) a bottler, as defined in section 21a-150.(P.A. 21-121, S. 89.)
