The Department of Public Health, in consultation with the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman and the Long-Term Care Advisory Council, shall establish an online nursing home consumer dashboard, within available appropriations, that provides: (1) Comprehensive information concerning quality of care for people in need of nursing home care and their families; and (2) showcases industry leading practices. The department shall include a link to the dashboard in a prominent place on the department's Internet web site.(P.A. 24-39, S. 26.)History: P.A. 24-39 effective July 1, 2024.
