§ 2-1i

To the extent that a permanent full-time employee of the Joint Committee on Legislative Management received one hour of compensatory time for each two hours of overtime worked by such employee prior to May 26, 2006, such employee shall receive, on and after January 1, 2006, one hour of compensatory time for each one hour of overtime worked by such employee after January 1, 2006. On and after May 26, 2006, each such permanent full-time employee shall receive one hour of compensatory time for each one hour of overtime worked.(P.A. 06-187, S. 72.)History: P.A. 06-187 effective May 26, 2006.
