§ 2-56n

(a) The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying the provisions of public act 24-81, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of public act 24-81, including, but not limited to, correcting inaccurate internal references.(b) The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying sections 131 to 232, inclusive, of public act 24-81 or any public act of the 2024 session, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of said sections.(P.A. 24-81, S. 111.)*Note: Public act 24-81 is entitled 'An Act Concerning Allocations of Federal American Rescue Plan Act Funds and Provisions Related to General Government, Human Services, Education and the Biennium Ending June 30, 2025'.
