The Department of Public Health shall only be required to implement the provisions of sections 20-74nn to 20-74ss, inclusive, and subsection (c) of section 19a-14 as relate to the licensure of radiologist assistants, if appropriations are available.(P.A. 09-232, S. 90.)History: P.A. 09-232 effective July 1, 2011.
