Any applicant for licensure under this chapter may present himself or herself before the Board of Examiners for Nursing with respect to such pending application. Such presentation shall not constitute a hearing nor a contested case within the meaning of chapter 54.(P.A. 76-315, S. 5, 6; P.A. 80-484, S. 148, 176.)History: P.A. 80-484 replaced 'registration' with 'licensure'.
