Any licensed dentist changing his residence or place of business to another state shall, upon application to the dental commissioners, receive a certificate which shall state that he is a licensed dentist in this state; and such certificate shall be given without payment of any fee.(1949 Rev., S. 4457; P.A. 94-149, S. 18.)History: P.A. 94-149 deleted references to dental hygienists.
