On or before October 1, 1999, the Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to prescribe (1) a form of written notice to be issued to the consumer upon the appointment of a designated seller agent or designated buyer agent, and (2) a form of written consent to be signed by all parties.(P.A. 99-229, S. 3; June 30 Sp.
