No member of the commission or any association, firm or corporation with which a member is associated shall act as a broker of a subdivision or a lot, parcel, unit or interest in a subdivision or offer or dispose of a subdivision or a lot, parcel, unit or interest in a subdivision that is required to be approved pursuant to section 20-329d.(1969, P.A. 697, S. 10; P.A. 98-10, S. 49.)History: P.A. 98-10 made technical changes.
