Connecticut Title 20 — Connecticut law

No person shall act as a real property securities dealer in this state without first having obtained a real estate broker's license under this chapter and having an endorsement attached to such license, in such form as may be prescribed by the commission, stating that the licensee is entitled to deal in real property securities.
