An appraisal of each parcel of real property which relates to a transaction subject to the provisions of section 20-329o to 20-329bb, inclusive, shall be made by the real property securities dealer or by an independent appraiser unless the purchaser of the obligation to which the parcel relates indicates on the form required by subsection (b) of section 20-329q, pursuant to subdivision (10) of said subsection, that the purchaser will obtain his own appraisal.
