Any person aggrieved by any action of the department may appeal therefrom in the manner provided in chapter 54.(P.A. 74-341, S. 10, 16; P.A. 81-473, S. 26, 43.)History: P.A. 81-473 required that appeals be made to department rather than to board of subsurface sewage disposal system examiners.
