Any person who knowingly, wilfully or intentionally violates any provision of sections 20-377k to 20-377u, inclusive, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than one year or be both fined and imprisoned.(P.A. 87-519, S. 12, 13.)History: P.A. 87-519, S. 12 effective July 1, 1988.
