The provisions of sections 20-475 to 20-477, inclusive, shall not apply to an employee of the Labor Department performing his or her duties in accordance with chapter 571 nor to a federal employee of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration performing his or her duties, in accordance with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act.(P.A. 94-220, S. 8, 12; P.A. 17-66, S. 5.)History: P.A. 94-220 effective July 1, 1994; P.A. 17-66 made technical changes, effective July 1, 2017.
