§ 20.482

Any person or entity who knowingly violates any provision of sections 20-474 to 20-481, inclusive, and subsections (e) and (f) of section 19a-88 or any regulation adopted thereunder, shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars per violation per day and be subject to disciplinary action pursuant to section 19a-17.(P.A. 94-220, S. 10, 12; P.A. 14-231, S. 43; P.A. 15-242, S. 44.)History: P.A. 94-220 effective July 1, 1994; P.A. 14-231 replaced maximum fine of $1,000 per violation with fine of $5,000 per violation per day and added provision re disciplinary action pursuant to Sec. 19a-17; P.A. 15-242 made a technical change.
